Leaf and Brush Pickup
Please remember that there is a burning ordinance in the village that prohibits the burning of leaves, grass, brush and other yard waste. The DPW will pick up leaves and brush only (no grass clippings) provided they are out on the edge of the street and separated. If you are a village resident, you may take your leafs, grass and brush to the village compost located on Pointe Aux Barques Rd. Also feel free to take some of the rich compost dirt for your gardens. The Village will not pick up leaves after November 30th.
Please do not park on village streets overnight. During the Summer months Bob is up early with the street sweeper to keep the street clean.
In the Winter months the crew works hard to keep the snow plowed.
